not sure how working this out proves you are not an apostate though...
I mean, to the WTBTS and JWs you are automatically an 'apostate' the moment you no longer believe the GB are gods channel.
To the JWs, the BITE model simply is irrelivant because it does not match their own definition in the reasoning book. All other definitions have been customized by opposers to include them.
good work though, and so important to do ones own projects...i did many in order to prove to myself that i was not being duped by ex Jw's.

Other Craigslist notes "No JWs Please, I can't handle the guilt the next day!" Which begs the question, why are Witnesses who hook-up on Craigslist for quick, naughty and nasty sex, preaching to their sex partners? Are they mentally diseased pioneers putting out to get the message out?
Perhaps they are counting their time while doing the mattress dance...

Have Jehovah`s Witnesses Really Complied With The Law In The State Of Victoria Aust.?With Regard to "Working With Children Checks."?
by smiddy ini have my doubts that they have.my understanding is that only a select few such as elders have got wwcc after years of non compliance.i dont think the rank and file , the majority of jehovahs witnesses going from door to door have obtained one , and if that is indeed the case , then they are still breaking the law.
i would appreciate it if their is anyone in victoria who still attends meetings or knows anybody who does to either confirm or deny my claim.. last year on regional radio abc gippsland talkback radio host celine foenander dealt with the subject who has to obtain "working with children checks" and many callers responded.one in particular stood out to me ,a self employed carpet cleaner had to obtain one before he could continue in his business simply because their could be children at home when he called.their were many similar stories like that.i phoned up and explained to the switch girl about jw`s non compliance.they were very interested in what i had to say but sadly ran out of time and it didn`t go to air.. i`m sure that if the government knew that every baptized jehovah`s witness was considered a minister of religion ,and are required to go door to door to spread their message , then every adult would be required to obtain a wwc check.. i look forward to your comments.

the victorian state government likes to put its head in the sand when it comes to hot potatoes.
(I can assure that when it comes to bullying in the workplace for example, a major case was kept out of the papers and the magistrate pretty much slam dunked it the same as unthanks case.)
These sorts of cases, if actually allowed to proceed would clog up the court system so bad that they WILL NOT proceed.
The best that can happen is that private citizens keep on banging on the door of anyone that will give ear, until public outcry becomes to loud and goverments are embarressed into change.
In that way, they are not unlike the watchtower or any other corporation...government is about bu$ine$$ and nothing will change unless it hurts the pocket.

Shunned and Sorry (Herald Sun Article ) Vict. Aust.
by smiddy inin todays victorian newspaper was an article short and breif ,about the effects of shunning on a person.. 1.giving someone the cold shoulder can make you feel decidedly sorry for yourself.
researchers beleive we feel guilt and suffer from losing a social connection when we ostracise a freind.. 2.tests showed that being shunned,even by a faceless stranger,was upsetting.. 3.but complying with the researchers instructions to ignore another person was equally disheartening.. i sent a letter to the editor outlining a religous org.whose official policy is to shun members of their own family if they have been previously baptised and left the faith ,labelling them apostates ,and the heartache,trauma,breakup of familys this has caused for decades .
( this is the gist of what i said not word for word ) it will be interesting to see if they publish my letter.. any comments would be appreciated especially if you have seen this article.
